PAMGAM takes to Carcassonne

From Marseille, we departed to Carcassonne, the land of one giant castle in the city center. We stayed downtown in a below ground apartment and got our first taste of no A/C in France. London was nasty and unbearable, but the heatwave followed us. Lucy and Kelp made us some excellent sandwiches with some fresh ingredients which slapped after a day of travel.

For the night, we went out and hunted for Gelato. We found it but since the waiter spoke no english, he spoke spanish in France to make sure we understood. The ice cream was worth it.

Our second day saw us go to the best store ever, again (DECATHLON). Afterwards, we departed to Limoux for a vineyard tour. It was delightful family owned vineyard and we tried at least 9 different wines and the best fruit juice we’ve ever had. Naturally, we had to buy multiple bottles. After the tour we set to explore Limoux and chill out by the river. Our night was filled with delectable pizza and live music before our night drive back.

Limoux: 7/10. Lots of stray hungry cats, fresh mint, and surprisingly pretty architecture.
